Aren't you tired of buying something and 4 weeks later it gets marked down? We are also tired of giving you guys a reason to wait until the end of the season to buy something you should enjoy this season.
R&A Cycles is offering a 35 day price protection policy. If something you are purchasing gets discounted within 35 days of your purchase we will give you back the difference between what you paid and the sale price as store credit to be used at www.racycles.com or our in-store locations.

R&A Cycles is the world's largest cycling organization so why should we be the most expensive? We feel we are obligated to be the best in service, availability and PRICE. We are now offering a 100% PRICE MATCH GURANTEE with reasonable exclusions of course. We will match or beat any Authorized Retailers posted price. Posted price can be on their website, newsletter, social feed like twitter/facebook, an email or any other form of communication.

  • Retailers who are not authorized dealers or who are no longer authorized dealers.
  • Retailer must have actual stock of the product. Stock must be of the exact same size and color.

Although we will do our absolute best to Price match anything, we also have the right to deny a Price Match if the product is below our cost or for any other reasons outside of that.

How to get it done:

Either email us at pricematch@racycles.com or call us at 718-222-6000 and speak to someone in sales. We will need the name of the company you would like us to price match, a link to the product, a screen shot of the special, or anything that can help us identify the lower price.


We now allow returns up to 30 days. As long as the item you are returning has all the original packaging(and is in it), was not used, and has the R&A Cycles original label, we are willing to give you a full refund or exchange for it. In order to process your return please go to www.racycles.com/ra/returns-and-exchanges and fill out a returns/exchange form. Follow that forms instructions for your return. Custom bike builds are also returnable with a small disassembly fee associated with it. When we say "Custom bike builds" we mean when you build a frame up and spec it as you want it, we are not referring to factory spec (pre-specified) bikes. The Disassembly fee is 10% of your purchase price plus the cost of cables and bar tape which we can no longer use after the return. Again the bike must be returned as originally sent un-used and in original packaging.

What if I was sold the wrong size? For whatever reason if you were sold a bike that an R&A member recommended in the wrong size then we would be more than happy to change the size or frame at no cost to you. Assuming of course you went through the R&A Fit Lab fit Process which allows R&A to guarantee you are buying the proper size.

What if I don't like the product or if it is defective? If you simply don't like the product please contact us. We don't want you to be dis-satisfied and we will do our best to assist you. Just tell us how it is and we will do whatever we can. If the product is defective not to worry, we have full time customer service agents who will handle the defective product immediately for you. The easiest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you'll get the new product quickly and that it won't go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. You'll receive a full refund for items returned in new and unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department in the form of your original payment.
