RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We now allow returns up to 30 days. As long as the item you are returning has all the original packaging(and is in it), was not used, and has the R&A Cycles original label, we are willing to give you a full refund or exchange for it. In order to process your return please download our exchange form: https://www.racycles.com/ra_returns_form.pdf and fill fill it out completly. Follow that forms instructions for your return. If you want to email us you may also do so at returns@racycles.com

Custom bike builds are also returnable with a small dis-assembly fee associated with it. When we say "Custom bike builds" we mean when you build a frame up and spec it as you want it, we are not referring to factory spec (pre-specified) bikes. The Disassembly fee is 10% of your purchase price plus the cost of cables and bar tape which we can no longer use after the return. Again the bike must be returned as originally sent un-used and in original packaging.

What if I was sold the wrong size?
For whatever reason if you were sold a bike that an R&A member recommended in the wrong size then we would be more than happy to change the size or frame at no cost to you.

What if I don't like the product or if it is defective?
If you simply don't like the product please contact us. We don't want you to be dis-satisfied and we will do our best to assist you. Just tell us how it is and we will do whatever we can. If the product is defective not to worry, we have full time customer service agents who will handle the defective product immediately for you. Exchanging ITEM(S)
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you'll get the new product quickly and that it won't go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. You'll receive a full refund for items returned in new and unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department in the form of your original payment.
