Vice President

A Marine Corps veteran, Troy hails from the Houston area of Texas, but has lived all over the country and many parts of the world. He has three great kids. He's a former elite-level triathlete, but these days Troy is big on skiing, hiking, backpacking, diving and cycling – and doing just about anything in the outdoors!

GM - West coast

Born and raised in Northern California, started riding bikes at just 2.5 years old, was a PSIA certified ski instructor before working in bike industry, raced road, criterium, TT and XC for 6 years.

Service Manager - West coast

Originally from Florida, was a professional custom cabinet maker in previous life, loves DIPA, started cycling in high school, raced downhill and recently converted to e bike.

Inventory control

Originally from Walnut Creek, lived in Sydney and Melbourne for 10 years, loves long rides along the beach, and moonlights as a JDM tuner.

Service Pro

Originally from the East Coast, Gethyn moved to Northern California for the-all year riding and associated bike culture. He is a master mechanic with more than two decades of experience. His first passion is two wheels in the dirt but admits being on two wheels anywhere is still pretty amazing.

Sales

Born and raised in the Bay Area, love doing anything outdoors from mountain biking, backpacking, rock climbing, skiing/snowboarding, and camping. Very passionate about bikes thanks to his grandfather who put him on one at the age of 4, and is also a big Manchester City fan. Loves to travel, meet new people, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Bike Fitter

Bay area native, Tim became a certified bike fitter via Serotta International Cycling Institute after completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UCSF. Tim is also a board certified Orthopedic PT and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic PTs. Tim’s PT knowledge and passion for cycling make him a well rounded fitter that helps riders with comfort, performance and longevity.
