TRAILSYNC TECHNOLOGY ARRIVES

The 2018 BMC Speedfox introduces a true game-changer: Trailsync technology. This tech integrates the functions of the dropper seatpost and the rear suspenions lockouts with the push of one button. No more futzing with two or even three levers – drop the post and the rear suspension opens up completely. Raise the post, and rear shock pop back into standard trail pedaling mode. Simple, yet revolutionary.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

In the name of both better function and better design, the 2018 Speedfox offers entirely internal cable routing of all systems – suspension, drivetrain, and braking. This not only creates cleaner lines that simply look better to the eye, it also improves durability and longevity of components, protecting them from the elements and from potential damage from crashes.

ADVANCED PIVOT SYSTEM

BMC's rear suspension platform, APS – or Advanced Pivot System – deftly integrates pedaling efficiency, large-bump compliance, and braking stability, which is something not all systems do. The result is an especially confident ride, no matter the terrain or conditions.

TWO WHEEL SIZES

Because not all riders are the same size or have the same set of needs, the new Speedfox offers different wheel sizes at different frame sizes. Small frames are offered with 27.5" wheels and 130mm of travel. Large and X-Large bikes offer 29" wheels with 120mm of travel, while Medium-sized Speedfoxes can be had with 27.5" or 29" wheels, with either 130mm or 120mm, respectively.
